1. Access & Inclusions

Upon payment, Client receives:

Immediate access to the private community and resources

One (1) weekly live Q&A group call (recorded and made available for replay)

Access to two (2) training courses

Plug-and-play systems, AI agents, and tools placed directly into Client’s account

Lifetime updates to systems, templates, and assistants

2. Community Rules

Resources provided are for personal use only.

Sharing, distributing, or reselling the provided systems, templates, or course material outside the community is strictly prohibited.

Clients may refer others to the program. If the referred person signs up, the Client will receive 40% monthly residual commission for the lifetime of the referred member’s active subscription.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund requests made within 48 hours of initial payment are acceptable, all payments are non-refundable.

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

Late or failed payments will result in temporary pause for their account regarding software access and temporary pause In community until payments are resolved.

4. Disclaimer of Results & Responsibilities

This is not a business venture or a fast track to wealth. If you're looking for guaranteed earnings or immediate financial gains, this program isn't suitable for you.

The services offered include tools, training, and support. It is the client’s responsibility to apply the strategies, generate leads, and produce results.

There are no promises or guarantees of success, financial gain, or business growth.

Much like how a pickaxe seller during the gold rush wasn’t responsible for whether someone struck gold, we provide the resources. What you accomplish with them is entirely up to you.

5. Software & Liability

The systems and AI tools are provided “AS IS”

We are not liable for:

Software bugs

Downtime or outages

Loss of access due to third-party service interruptions

The platform may feature content from third parties. Your interaction with or use of such content is entirely at your own risk and discretion. Any views or opinions expressed in third-party content are those of the third party and do not necessarily reflect the views of ASTNT.AI. ASTNT.AI disclaims any responsibility for third party content, including any endorsements, representations, warranties, or liabilities associated with it. You are responsible for ensuring that any engagement or transactions related to third party content comply with these terms and all relevant laws.

6. Live Calls & Content

Weekly calls include Q&A, updates, and additional training.

Calls are recorded and made available for replay.

Content may not be downloaded, shared, or distributed outside of the community.

7. Updates & Add Ons

From time to time, new tools, templates, or add-ons may be released.

These are included as part of the Client’s active subscription.

8. Legal Acknowledgement

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree:

You are voluntarily participating at your own risk.

We make no representation or warranty regarding the likelihood that your business will achieve any particular outcome.

We disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of the Services.
